Tik Tok Shop - GTL Logistics - Project Manager (Expansion & Facility Replacement) - Indonesia Responsibilities

• The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of expansion, interior build-out, and facility replacement for Hubs and Sortations. This role is critical for the growth of our logistics network and requires a leader who can manage complex cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
• Expansion & Facility Management:
  Lead Expansion Projects from location surveying to final facility handover. Manage facility replacement & renovation. Conduct site assessments with Operations evaluating commercial viability, parking area and truck loading/unloading logistics, and internal layout for sorting and bagging operations.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
  Landlord liaison for interior build-out and renovation negotiations; procurement & finance coordination to ensure project continuity; cross-functional collaboration with Facility Management, Maintenance, and IT to ensure installation of functioning internet, electricity and backup power, and essential working tools; automation integration with specialized vendors for installation of automation systems and conveyors.
• Project Leadership & Reporting:
  Manage and mentor surveyors and drafters; lead expansion meetings with proactive follow-ups and high-quality progress presentations; summarize project progress and provide clear visibility on hub/sortation opening timelines.

• Minimum Qualifications:
  
  Civil Engineer or Electrical Engineer graduates. Proven experience leading complex projects involving Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT, Facility Management, Maintenance, and Operations. Ability to manage and drive multiple stakeholders toward tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills, able to synthesize data and present clear project visibility.
