Supply Chain Analyst, Reverse Logistics & Packaging

We're partnering on an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst who is passionate about improving operational performance, reducing costs, and driving continuous improvement across reverse logistics and packaging operations.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead reverse logistics initiatives to improve returns processing, reduce product damage, and maximize recovery value.
• Analyze returns, damage, and packaging data to identify trends and implement measurable process improvements.
• Optimize packaging design to lower shipping costs, reduce parcel surcharges, and improve the customer experience.
• Partner with fulfillment centers, suppliers, and carriers to resolve operational issues and strengthen vendor compliance.
• Drive cross-functional projects focused on cost savings, process optimization, and operational excellence.

We're looking for professionals with:

• 4–6 years of supply chain experience, ideally in reverse logistics or packaging optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and reporting tools; SQL and BI experience are a plus.
• A proven ability to identify inefficiencies, solve complex operational challenges, and deliver measurable business results.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Curiosity and a willingness to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve supply chain performance.
