Kiva Confections is a world‑class cannabis‑infused edibles company based in California, the largest cannabis market in the world. Our product line includes Kiva Chocolate Bars, Terra Bites, Petra Mints, Lost Farms Gummies & Chews, and Camino Gummies, all crafted from premium ingredients with California cannabis.

Kiva is seeking a delivery person to deliver cannabis products throughout Southern California. The role requires an individual comfortable on the road all day and who will help develop a fast‑growing operation.

• Communicate with Manager regarding daily deliveries
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in the presence of customers
• Confirm and pack all orders
• Complete necessary deliveries to dispensaries throughout Southern California while maintaining scheduled appointments
• Confirm order accuracy with customers and verify order is consistent with invoice
• Responsible for collecting payments and accurately counting cash
• Process the completion of orders on iPad while in the field
• Handle materials (lifting 50–55 lbs.)
• Create efficient driving routes
• Responsible for the maintenance of inventory and delivery vehicles
• Miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by Manager
• Drive in the field 90% of the time
• Cover all of the Southern California territory
• Drive for long distances and tolerate long work hours
• Some overnight deliveries may be required
• Drive safely in all weather conditions
• Operate large van or truck safely
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds; stand, use hands, finger, handle, feel; talk or hear; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; sit, walk, stool

• Trustworthy, loyal, and dependable
• Detail‑oriented with quick, accurate math skills for inventory
• Love organization and problem‑solving to maintain an organized work environment
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask with ease
• Strong communication skills and enjoy cross‑functional collaboration
• Patience under stressful situations
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of delivery experience
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
• Must meet Kiva's motor vehicle requirement
• Valid California Driver's License
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail required
• Excellent driving record required
• Strong organization and time‑management skills
• Comfort with using iPad and personal cell phone for vendor communication
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday – start times vary between 5 am and 9 am
