Supply Chain Coordinator (temp-to-perm)

Location: Los Angeles CA
Position DescriptionWe are currently working with one of the hottest consumer goods companies that has experienced more than 6 years of aggressive growth. As they continue to expand, they are looking for an additional Supply Chain Coordinator.
- Supports the supply chain team with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Assist in month-end inventory reconciliations by identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution efforts.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Highly energetic individual with at least 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or related role.
- Preferred experience working in consumer goods; ideally within the cosmetics industry.
- High comfort level in using Excel.
- Bachelor’s preferred.
- Proven track record of success in similar role.
