Monitor, Supply Chain​/Logistics

MV Transportation is seeking an On Time Performance Monitor to support safe, reliable transit services across our fixed-route and paratransit operations. In this role, you will track real-time schedule adherence, identify late or missed trips, and analyze service data to pinpoint trends impacting reliability. You will prepare clear performance reports, collaborate closely with dispatchers and operations leaders, and recommend adjustments that improve on-time performance and rider experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time on-time performance for fixed-route and paratransit services
• Track schedule adherence and identify delays, missed trips, and service gaps
• Collect, validate, and analyze performance data from multiple systems
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards
• Communicate issues and trends to dispatch, supervisors, and management
• Support root cause analysis and recommend service and schedule adjustments
• Ensure adherence to company safety, reliability, and customer service standards
• Escalate critical service disruptions and support recovery planning
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement performance improvements
• Maintain accurate records for internal KPIs and client reporting
