Associate Production Manager

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and inspiring Associate Production Manager to join the Alo family. In this role, you’ll partner with a cross-functional team to ensure products are developed and delivered with integrity, intention, and alignment to Alo’s brand vision and values.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in production and sourcing, with experience managing order handoff timelines, analyzing sourcing trends, and supporting vendor, category, and country-level capacity planning. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and teams across Product Development, Raw Materials, Planning, Digital, IT, Logistics, Warehouse, and Product Integrity to deliver high-quality products on time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Issue seasonal purchase orders and confirm styles are approved and costed before release.
• Manage vendor handoff dates and oversee in-season production to support on-time delivery.
• Partner with Product Development, Product Integrity, and Raw Materials teams to resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Warehouse, Quality, and Digital teams to support timely product launches.
• Support capacity planning by vendor, factory, country, and mill.
• Manage multi-season sourcing calendars and production timelines.
• Track work-in-progress and TOP samples to ensure handoff milestones are met.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including on-time delivery and air freight usage.
• Help allocate bulk orders based on supplier capacity, capability, quality, and cost.
• Identify process and system improvements that drive efficiency across the sourcing cycle.
• Manage smaller projects while balancing day-to-day production responsibilities.
• Build strong partnerships across the broader Sourcing organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in apparel production or sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of the product lifecycle, production process, and sourcing timelines.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with PLM and ERP systems is a plus.
