$80,000 - $150,000 USD + Annual Performance Bonus

• Responsible for network planning in the America region, covering warehouse network planning (model, layout, site selection), hub planning (sorting layout, sorting site selection, sorting function positioning), transport capacity planning (transshipment dispatching mode, transportation route and schedule planning), and terminal planning (station planning, site selection, operation mode).
• Continuously optimize network model design, site selection strategies, and fulfillment models, exploring innovative models aligned with industry trends and business needs.
• Identify cost and time efficiency issues across the entire fulfillment process, develop optimization plans, and lead implementation to improve timeliness, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Develop implementation plans and management standards for planning schemes and network optimization, clarify cross-departmental and cross-linkage mechanism rules.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in America logistics network planning or related work (America e‑commerce, or large America third‑party logistics companies).
• Strong logical thinking, data sensitivity, summarization and induction abilities, and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in at least one data analysis tool such as Excel, SQL, Python.
• Strong project management and cross‑departmental coordination abilities, willing to travel within the America region.
• Structured thinking process, good at summarizing, extracting, and distilling methodologies from projects.
