Senior Buyer

We are looking for an Aerospace Buyer / Procurement Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to support purchasing and supplier management activities in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials and services, obtaining quotes, negotiating pricing and terms, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery from suppliers.

• Source and select suppliers based on quality, cost, service, and delivery
  .
• Request and evaluate supplier quotes and bids.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and purchasing terms
  .
• Create and manage purchase orders
  .
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or purchasing issues.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and other internal teams.
• Research purchasing data and make recommendations.
• Use ERP/MRP/EDI and standard business software for purchasing activities.
• Review costs, financial information, discounts, and pricing.
• Support continuous improvement and procurement processes.
• Respond to supplier and internal customer inquiries.

• 2–4 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• Aerospace experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with supplier management, sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, and purchase orders
  .
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP/EDI systems
  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments.
• CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) certification is a plus.
