, the world’s largest plastic pipe manufacturer, is seeking a Project Administrator to support engineering and equipment-related projects across our 20+ manufacturing facilities. This role is vital in ensuring smooth coordination between project engineers, plant personnel, and equipment suppliers, while tracking progress, managing documentation, and overseeing equipment procurement and leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities- Track and log proposals and ongoing project progress with project engineers; take and distribute meeting minutes
- Prepare and update Statements of Activity for project expenses/capital expenditures using the AS400 database
- Coordinate with personnel from 20+ manufacturing plants on project approvals, progress updates, and close-out processes
- Maintain project documentation databases, design and purchasing references, and close-out records
- Engage with vendors and suppliers regarding major spare parts and equipment purchasing activities
- Oversee replenishment and purchasing of major spare parts for all JM plants through the internal AS400 system
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and monitor leased equipment status
- Process purchasing requisitions, payments, and invoice approvals with the Accounting Department
- Support the Engineering team with budgeting, scheduling, and record-keeping for plant expansion and continuous operation projects
- Occasionally travel to supplier facilities and JM plants as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience as a Project Administrator (manufacturing industry experience preferred)
- Experience with logistics or supply chain databases is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to calculate and analyze figures, measurements, and production rates
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret various types of project instructions and data
