The Contract Administrator is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all contract-related activities tied to the procurement of goods and services across assigned categories. This role supports sourcing strategy development, vendor management, pricing optimization, and contract compliance while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cost savings, supply assurance, and operational efficiencies. The position plays a key role in category sourcing initiatives, financial modeling, and supplier performance management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Accounting, Contract Administration, Procurement, or related field (HS Diploma/GED is also required for role eligibility)
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in:
  Purchasing Contract administration Vendor negotiations (Preferably within a complex, multi-hospital or large healthcare environment) Financial analysis, negotiations, and contracting experience – MINIMUM REQUIREMENT ERP / contract database experience – REQUIRED Oracle Cloud experience – REQUIRED (Oracle strongly preferred) Advanced Excel proficiency Experience working independently with strong critical-thinking skills Healthcare or hospital procurement experience – STRONGLY PREFERRED Ability to work a hybrid schedule:
  Onsite required for first 2 weeks of training Ongoing requirement of at least 2 onsite days per week (more as project needs dictate) Temporary role; day shift (5x8s, 08:00–16:30)
