About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager, Supply Planning to join our team at our Los Angeles HQ. The Manager, Supply Planning will lead the creation of an executable production schedule that satisfies customer demand while maintaining targeted inventory levels, resource utilization and meeting customer service expectations. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills, supply chain expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to build optimal supply plans based on sales forecasts, historical trends, and promotional activity.

You will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring that inventory is available where and when it’s needed—all while maintaining best-in-class fill rates and minimizing waste. This role requires you to be onsite in Los Angeles, four days per week
, giving you hands-on collaboration with the team and daily exposure to the pulse of the business.

Compensation
  • Salary Range: $89,000-$120,000
Core Accountabilities (What You’ll be Doing)
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize end-to-end supply and replenishment plans that align with demand forecasts, operational capabilities, and inventory targets.
  • Identify short and long-term inventory risks (including product freshness concerns) and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve operational issues, ensure alignment, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with Demand Planning, Operations, Marketing, Customer Development, and Logistics to align on supply priorities and improve forecast accuracy and inbound efficiencies.
  • Drive production prioritization by managing weekly supply reviews with manufacturing sites and third-party vendors.
  • Contribute to short-term capacity planning by providing timely and accurate inputs and insights.
  • Monitor supply performance vs. plan; elevate gaps and adjust strategy to address variances.
  • Analyze sales trends and demand shifts to refine supply strategies and support business growth.
  • Maintain and utilize replenishment planning systems (e.g., O8) to generate efficient stock transfer orders.
  • Influence customer-facing teams by communicating changes in inventory strategy, supply constraints, or business events.
  • Investigate root causes of supply disruptions and work cross-functionally to implement corrective actions.
  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives such as new product launches, product transitions, and inventory rationalization.
  • Define and manage inventory targets, including safety stock, to ensure optimal availability without excess.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) (Required to be considered)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems - SAP Master Scheduling, Production Planning, MPR with exposure to purchasing.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to work with large data sets.
