Mission Readiness

Our client, Autonomous Vehicle Technology Company is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 1 to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Associate 1, you will be part of the Mission Readiness Department supporting Base Ops, Vehicle Operations, and Parts Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication, and problem‑solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Culver City, CA Pay Range: $27.50/hr

• Daily fleet upkeep — Clean, fuel, and prepare vehicles and equipment for daily operations.
• Mission prep support — Launch software, verify configurations, capture data, and elevate issues.
• Logistics & inventory — Move, store, and organize vehicles, equipment, and spare parts.
• Operational testing assistance — Support Vehicle Operations with testing activities and site readiness.
• Documentation & compliance — Complete paperwork and ensure vehicles meet regulatory requirements.

• 2–4 years experience in operations, logistics, automotive, or similar fields.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and perform active, on‑foot work.
• Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced environments.
• Teamwork & communication with a “get it done” attitude.
