AMPAM Parks Mechanical is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an experienced operations leader to help transform our warehouse, logistics, and fabrication support operations.

As one of California's premier design-build MEP contractors, AMPAM partners with leading multifamily developers to deliver high-quality projects through an integrated approach that improves efficiency, shortens construction schedules, and accelerates occupancy.

This is more than a traditional operations management role.

We're looking for a leader who enjoys building processes, improving efficiency, developing teams, and creating operational excellence.

You’ll oversee warehouse operations, logistics, material flow, fabrication support, and job‑site delivery while partnering closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Prefabrication, and Field Operations to support projects across Southern California.

• Lead warehouse, logistics, fabrication support, and material flow operations.
• Optimize warehouse layout, staging, inventory flow, and operational efficiency.
• Improve routing, dispatch, loading accuracy, and job‑site delivery performance.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and operational best practices.
• Establish meaningful KPIs and performance metrics to improve accountability and operational visibility.
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse, logistics, and fabrication support teams.
• Partner closely with Planning, Procurement, Prefabrication, and Field Operations to ensure seamless material flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve customer service.
• Champion safety, compliance, and operational excellence across all functions.

Within your first year, you’ll:

• Improve warehouse organization and material flow.
