We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Receiving Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the wholesale produce industry in Los Angeles, CA. Key Responsibilities- Take inbound calls from drivers, coordinate estimated arrival times, and communicate updates to the receiving team.
- Schedule receiving appointments and support efficient inbound freight and driver flow throughout the shift.
- Review driver paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and required receiving information.
- Check in drivers upon arrival and assist with questions, documentation needs, and issue resolution.
- Support receiving department administrative tasks, including order questions, pending items, data entry, and internal follow‑up.
- Communicate professionally in English and Spanish with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Coordinate driver calls, ETAs, check‑ins, and receiving appointments.
- Review paperwork for accuracy and support daily receiving department workflow.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve questions and pending items.
- Bilingual Spanish is required.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order entry, dispatch, receiving, logistics, warehousing, or operations support.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accurate documentation and data entry.
- Minimum 7,000 keystrokes required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, prioritize work, and perform efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional follow‑up skills and a customer‑focused approach.
- Experience in wholesale produce, food and beverage production, distribution, or warehouse receiving.
- Familiarity with driver check‑in processes, receiving schedules, inbound freight, or appointment coordination.
- Prior experience supporting cross‑functional operations teams in a high‑volume logistics environment.
- Pay: $22.00 per hour.
