Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate customer orders from order receipt through shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Coordinate with U.S. warehouses, carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries.
2. Handle routing requirements and shipment arrangements for major retail/key account customers, ensuring compliance with customer-specific routing guides and shipping requirements.
3. Monitor order and shipment status, identify potential issues, and follow up on exceptions or delays.
4. Communicate with China-based teams regarding order status, inventory availability, shipping schedules, and customer requirements.
5. Maintain and organize shipment, order, and inventory data, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. Prepare regular reports and conduct data analysis on shipments, order fulfillment, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
Nice to have:
1. 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, customer operations, logistics coordination, or a related field.
2. Familiarity with retail routing guides, delivery appointments, and warehouse/shipping processes is a strong plus.
3. Experience working with major retailers, distributors, or FMCG/toy/consumer product companies is preferred.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
5. Strong ability to organize, analyze, and interpret order, shipment, and inventory data.
6. Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
