Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Planning & Optimization

• Develop and maintaindemand forecasts for assigned product categories, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Manage inventory levels and replenishment strategieesto meet service level targets while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes, reduce lead times, and improve supply chain visibility.
• Analyze historical data, monitor KPIs, and recommend process improvements to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.

Procurement & Materials Management

• Create and managepurchase ordersfor direct and indirect materials, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers or internal manufacturing sites to expedite or reschedule ordersbased on changes in demand or supply.
• Maintain material master datain ERP systems, including item descriptions, lead times, and pricing.
• Support supplier onboarding, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supplier Relationship Management

• Serve as the primaryprocurement contact for assigned suppliers, building strong partnerships.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service level agreements to achieve the best commercial outcomes for Revvity.
• Collaborate with suppliers to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensivesupplier performance data and scorecards.

Global Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate planning, procurement, and materials management activities across Revvity’sglobal network of manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and commercial affiliates.
• Providevisibility and reporting on supply chain KPIs, inventory status, and procurement performance.
• Support the development of strategic sourcing strategies and category management plans.
• Contribute to the implementation ofdigital transformation initiatives, leveraging tools like SAP, Power BI, and advanced analytics.

Professional Development

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management.
• Participate in continuous learning and training programs to enhance technical and leadership skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share knowledge to drive operational excellence across Revvity.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain or MBA preferred.

Experience

• 5-8 yearsof experience in aBuyer, Planner, or Procurementrole, preferably in a global, multi-site environment.
• Proven track record ofdriving supply chain optimization and process improvements.
• Experience in thelife sciences, diagnostics, or medical device industry is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Proficient inSAP ERP(or equivalent ERP system) for procurement, materials management, and reporting.
• Skilled indata analysis, forecasting, and KPI management using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Understanding ofsupply chain planning methodologies(e.g., MRP, S&OP, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with digital supply chain technologies(e.g., automation, AI/ML, IoT) is a plus.
