Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Readiness & Response Shift Supervisor (RRT) to join their team. As a Readiness & Response Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Readiness & Response Operations team supporting vehicle readiness, fleet operations, and cross-functional service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $40.00
What's the Job?- Supervise daily readiness and response operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Coordinate the movement, storage, and readiness of vehicles, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, support onboarding of new hires, and maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Conduct quality control checks, support documentation and reporting activities, and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA guidelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts, resolving issues, facilitating communication, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- 1+ years of leadership or people management experience in an operational, logistics, or technical environment.
- Ability to quickly learn technical concepts, systems, and processes while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
- Clean driving record with the ability to manually operate vehicles as needed and travel locally up to 20%.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and pass required background, MVR, and drug screenings.
