Floor Care Technician: Quality Restorations & Safe Maintenance

A social mission organization is seeking a Floor/Utility Technician to manage floor cleaning and restoration tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of custodial experience and must be able to effectively communicate with customers. Responsibilities include preparing and inspecting necessary equipment, completing floor care tasks, and ensuring quality work. The position may be exposed to various environmental conditions and requires physical stamina.

Training will be provided for specialized equipment usage.
