Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Verbind Partners is assisting a private family in Los Angeles in finding an experienced and highly organized Housekeeper to join their household team. This is a key role within a fully staffed residence, responsible for maintaining the family’s home to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You will work the morning shift, ensuring that the home is well-prepared and immaculate for the day ahead. The schedule is structured so that you will work alongside another housekeeper who starts later in the day, providing smooth coverage throughout the property. Both housekeepers report directly to the Estate Manager.

The home is a large, luxury estate, so prior experience working in similar high-end, multi-staffed environments is essential. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, understand the rhythm of a private home, and anticipate needs before being asked.

• Perform all daily cleaning duties across the home, ensuring every area is spotless and well maintained
• Handle deep cleaning tasks and care for fine finishes, materials, and furnishings
• Manage laundry and ironing with attention to garment care and organization
• Keep household storage areas and supplies neatly stocked and inventoried
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the afternoon housekeeper for seamless transitions between shifts
• Support the Estate Manager with any household-related requests or updates

• Minimum of four years’ experience working in private households or large estates
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Reliable, professional, and discreet at all times
• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative
• Legal right to work in the United States)

• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, flexibility required for occasional weekend support
