Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary

The Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery and pickup of packages throughout the client campus while providing excellent customer service. This is a physically active, driving-based role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and basic technical proficiency.

• Deliver and retrieve packages throughout the client campus in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including processing inbound and outbound packages
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to clients and staff
• Safely operate a company van or tragon with trailer as required
• Use company‑issued iPhone and tracking systems to scan, log, and track packages
• Communicate with team members and dispatch using Slack or similar messaging tools
• Utilize basic computer applications, including limited use of Excel and Outlook
• Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies and procedures

• Walk up to approximately 5 miles per day
• Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Perform frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable using smartphone technology and package tracking systems
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and messaging tools such as Slack
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Physically active, campus‑based delivery and shipping/receiving setting
• Combination of indoor and outdoor work
• Fast‑paced, customer‑focused role

• Exposure to copier/fax machine noise, toner, temperature changes, and potential paper cuts
• Exposure to various weather conditions when traveling between buildings
• Daily in‑person and telephone interaction with customers, employees, managers, and dispatch
• Occasional contact with vendors and equipment repair personnel
• Work under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times, which may result in elevated stress levels
• Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs
  , and pushing or pulling wheeled equipment weighing up to 400 lbs
• Walking between buildings is required
