Event Setup Assistant

We are seeking an Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces, arrange promotional displays, and organize the materials needed for successful events. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys practical tasks, working as part of a team, and contributing to organized event environments.

• Set up event spaces according to assigned plans and instructions

• Arrange tables, displays, signage, and promotional materials

• Organize supplies and equipment before scheduled activities

• Check event materials to ensure they are complete and presentable

• Assist with transporting and arranging approved event supplies

• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas during preparation

• Coordinate with event team members to meet setup deadlines

• Make adjustments to displays and materials as requested

• Help dismantle event setups and organize materials after activities

• Report missing supplies, damaged materials, or setup concerns to the appropriate team member

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• Comfortable with hands-on tasks and active work environments

• Ability to work effectively with a team

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and move event supplies as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Previous event setup, warehouse, retail, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
