Commission, Mission:

The Weekend Tear Down Team Memberis responsible forhelpingcompletethe safe teardown of the East Valley campus following weekend services.

• Participate directly in all major teardown responsibilities.
• Help guide and work alongside volunteers.
• Assist with the stage, floor covering, equipment, and other designated teardown projects.
• Help ensure equipment is properly handled and stored.
• Support the Tear Down Leadincompleting the full campus teardown checklist.

Additional Responsibilities– Additional tasks and responsibilities to be added according to the employee’s development and as needed to fulfill theneeds andobjectivesof Shepherd Church.

• Engaged at Shepherd:
  All Shepherd Staff mustbebaptized Christ-follower sand:
• Attend a weekly Shepherd service in-person (with your spouse, if married)
• Be connected to a group
• Attend Next Steps class during first 12 months
• Practice generosity through tithing
