RoleTitle:
Project Controller 1
The Project Controller 1 is responsible for managing and overseeing project financials, schedules, and resources. This role involves negotiating contracts, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with regulations to achieve timely and budget-conscious project completion.
- Assist project managers in coordinating schedules, materials, and resources to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones to support project controls functions.
- Negotiate, administer, and control contracts and agreements related to the project.
- Serve as the official County administrative contact with consultants and stakeholders.
- Oversee all project controls activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- Five (5) to Ten (10) years of related full-time paid experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project management or related fields.
- Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn about project control functions.
Starting Salary range for this job is $ - $. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
