Tik Tok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining Tik Tok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies. The Procurement Center is responsible for the price competitiveness of procurement services while meeting business requirements, and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure long-term and stable cooperation.

Responsibilities

* International logistics procurement via bidding, supplier system establishment and management, procurement strategy formulation, and procurement project management;

* Establish a grading classification and review mechanism for service providers, organize all parties to conduct reviews on the service provider management system (cost, timeliness, quality, stability, etc.), implement refined management of service providers, and continuously optimize it.

* Based on annual and quarterly budget targets, Operating Plan, and monitoring mechanisms, drive the achievement of various indicators of the procurement via bidding team;

* Inventory the procurement via bidding business processes, intervene in defective business flows, improve the efficiency of business operations, and continuously promote productization and online operations;

* Improve the actual efficiency and compliance rate of business operations, take the lead in optimizing various business SOPs, and organize communication and dissemination.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics, procurement, or related fields;

* Good cross-cultural understanding, strong communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork;

* Those with experience in international logistics or cross-border e-commerce, as well as experience in supplier management or process management, and who understand the development trends and policies of domestic and international logistics markets;

* Proficiently master various service provider management methods and tools, understand cross-border logistics supply chain processes, and be aware of the development trends and policies of domestic and international logistics markets;

* Strong sense of responsibility, with a high level of risk awareness and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
