Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team. This role is fully onsite with every other Friday off. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $60to $80 per hour.

Job Description:

Establish, sustain, and evaluate payroll processing systems
Support audits by supplying records and documentation to auditors
Identify and suggest improvements to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures
Recruit, interview, hire, and train new departmental staff
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the department
Deliver constructive and timely performance assessments

Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in ADP WFN eTime
Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective supervision and leadership skills to lead a small Payroll department
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
3-5 years of experience with ADP Work Force Now
