YOUR TEAMYou will be part of the Residences team, working closely with the House Manager to ensure the seamless operation of all residential services. This team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of luxury living for our residents. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments, vendors, contractors, and residents to uphold the Rosewood brand promise.
YOUR ROLEAs the Assistant House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the Residences. You will support the House Manager in enhancing service delivery, managing residential staff, and maintaining the integrity and aesthetics of the property. Your leadership and operational expertise will contribute to creating extraordinary living experiences for our residents while ensuring compliance, safety, and financial efficiency.
HOWYOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE WITH US
- Supervise and coach residential colleagues, conduct performance reviews, and support their development.
- Coordinate and oversee resident services including housekeeping, engineering, and concierge offerings.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing resident and colleague events, newsletters, and communications.
- Maintain building standards, safety protocols, and emergency procedures in collaboration with Engineering and Security teams.
- Administer software systems and ensure accurate documentation and billing processes.
- Support move‑ins, move‑outs, and resident onboarding with attention to detail and care.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners to uphold Rosewood’s values.
- You bring experience in luxury residential or condominium operations, ideally within mixed‑use properties.
- You are a proactive leader with strong organizational and time‑management skills, able to coach and inspire teams.
- You have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- You’re tech‑savvy, with proficiency in systems like Microsoft Office, Building Link, Brivo, Dormakaba, and Everon.
- You thrive in dynamic environments, adapting to changing needs while maintaining high service standards.
- You understand safety and compliance protocols and can lead emergency response efforts effectively.
- You’re flexible with work schedules, including weekends and holidays, and committed to delivering excellence.
