This role supports the Chief Executive as a strategic partner embedded across the organization. The position operates at the intersection of leadership, execution, and judgment, with broad exposure to investment activity, organizational development, and long-term planning. The successful candidate will work directly alongside the CEO to translate priorities into action, manage complexity, and advance initiatives critical to the firm’s growth and effectiveness.
This opportunity is designed for a highly capable professional early in their career who is ready to operate close to the core of a sophisticated investment platform. The role offers uncommon visibility into how high-stakes decisions are formed and executed, along with meaningful ownership over projects that shape the business.
Key Responsibilities Business Operations & Execution- Coordinate closely with internal investment, operations, and administrative teams to support firm objectives
- Interface with external legal, compliance, and advisory partners on matters related to investments, corporate activities, philanthropy, and affiliated entities
- Oversee third-party relationships, including consultants and vendors
- Plan and prepare leadership meetings, including agenda development and distribution of materials
- Participate in meetings, document outcomes, and drive accountability on next steps
- Lead and support cross-functional initiatives and special projects as required
- Partner with investment professionals on the preparation of investor communications
- Conduct targeted research across financial, legal, and strategic topics
- Develop high-quality presentations, memoranda, and briefing materials on behalf of the CEO
- Strong work ethic and willingness to meet the demands of an executive schedule
- Exceptional judgment and ability to operate independently with minimal guidance
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change
- Clear, concise, and polished written and verbal communication skills
- High level of analytical rigor and follow-through
- Ownership mindset with a bias toward execution
- Professional maturity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Credibility and interpersonal skill to influence without authority
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and accountability
- Advanced degree (JD or MBA) strongly preferred
- Minimum of three years of post-graduate experience in a rigorous commercial or professional services environment
