Position Overview

As a Property Manager at Rainey, you will take charge of day-to-day operations for a multifamily property, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to excellent customer service. You will lead and mentor your team, oversee leasing and maintenance, and play a key role in community relations, resident services, and compliance.

What

You’ll Do To Make a Difference
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor your team through recognition programs, training, and team-building initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Affordable Housing Program regulations and local, state, and federal requirements
  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, and vendor management
  • Develop and administer community budgets, ensuring financial performance and effective resource management
  • Implement strategic decisions based on market data to enhance property performance
  • Conduct regular property inspections and move-out assessments, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Ensure resident satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and fostering positive relationships
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and provide feedback to associates, ensuring your team is aligned with company goals and values
  • Conduct weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staff to drive performance
  • Partner with regional and on-site teams to resolve issues, implement marketing strategies, and improve property performance
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in multifamily property management, with a focus on affordable housing
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve goals
  • Strong proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA requirements, EEOC regulations, and city/state ordinances
  • Advanced financial skills, with experience in analyzing and explaining financial reports
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • A proven track record of success in resident relations and customer service
Pay Range

25 - 27 USD per hour (Magnolia City Lights)
