As an Early Career Program Manager, you will lead and develop a team of early career internal sales (SLATE) associates who are completing a series of rotations to develop business and sales acumen as well as a team of Internal Wealth Generalists who are building sales acumen and helping support sales activity. You will provide regular coaching, assessment, and development to associates, including summer interns.

There will be heavy collaboration with Regional Sales Office leaders and other key stakeholders. You will collaborate on the development and implementation of the recruiting strategy for current and future associates.

• You have experience developing associates participating in early career programs.
• You have previously worked on recruitment strategy and execution by participating in an interview and selection process.
• You have experience developing sales associates by conducting 1:1 meetings, team building activities, and developmental sessions.
• You have experience working in partnership with senior management to select, develop and maintain effective teams.
• You enjoy creating workflow efficiencies, leading projects, and always having a continuous improvement mindset.
• You must hold the SIE, Series 7, and 66 (or equivalent) to be able to apply.
• You must hold or obtain the Series 24 within 60 days of employment.
