Position OverviewWere seeking a Regional Manager with a passion for wellness, a proven track record in multi-unit retail or health & wellness management, and strong leadership skills. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, people-driven, and obsessed with performance. Youll be responsible for overseeing operations, coaching teams, and driving growth across several locations ensuring each studio embodies Restores mission and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with GMs to oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and scheduling
- Conduct weekly check-ins to review performance and team updates across Sales, Operations, Staffing, and Marketing
- Mentor and develop management teams to create top-tier client experiences
- Facilitate ongoing development in leadership, communication, and conflict resolution
- Foster a positive team culture that drives retention and growth
- Build succession plans and promote internal leadership development
- Ensure timely and effective completion of performance reviews across all locations
- Partner with HR to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce growth
- Monitor key metrics:
Revenue, Memberships, Attrition, Spend per Client, and more - Audit the full sales funnel: lead gen, appointment booking, pricing presentation, and objection handling
- Ensure equipment upkeep and timely repairs to support service delivery
- Collaborate with marketing to manage cost per lead (CPL) and return on investment (ROI)
- Maintain consistency in brand standards across all locations, while allowing for community-specific adaptation
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Lead annual planning and goal-setting in alignment with company objectives
- Oversee P&L for the region, managing expenses, maximizing profits, and minimizing loss
- Support new location openings, coordinating with construction, operations, and marketing
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in wellness, fitness, or service retail
- Experience directly managing 3 or more high-performing locations
- Strong business acumen and fluency in interpreting financial reports and KPIs
- Proven success in coaching teams and driving results
- A passion for health, wellness, and improving lives
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- A metrics-driven mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategy
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of something meaningful
