Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for our company while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. This role requires close collaboration with various teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full‑scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, track project milestones and deliverables.
Required Skills
  • Project Management:
    The candidate must have a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. This includes the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The candidate must be able to effectively convey project expectations, updates, and progress to team members and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management:

    The candidate must have the ability to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

    Experience in budget development and oversight.

    Ability to negotiate terms with vendors and stakeholders.

    Skills in resolving disagreements and conflicts within the project team.
