Manager of Operations

The Manager of Operations drives all operational, financial, and supply chain activities across the business. This role owns end-to-end operational execution, manages key vendor and 3PL relationships, and ensures systems, processes, and teams operate efficiently and scale effectively. As the final decision maker on Operations matters, this role aligns execution with company goals and contributes directly to profitability and growth.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 Operation Analysts
• Own freight-in and freight-out P&L line items and cost of goods sold (COGS), driving improvements in contribution margin
• Manage shipping performance and contribution margin across Amazon, Shopify, Tik Tok Shop, and Wholesale channels
• Own and manage relationships with 3PL partners and key operational vendors, including contract and rate negotiations
• Review, approve, and reconcile 3PL and freight invoices within Net Suite to ensure billing accuracy
• Track inventory levels, safety stock, and product turnover; reconcile records between systems and warehouses
• Ensure fulfillment accuracy, track backorders, and coordinate with suppliers and 3PLs for timely deliveries
• Monitor shipment exceptions, delivery issues, and damage claims; elevate as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce shipping errors, cost per order, and transit times
• Maintain accurate product and order data across ERP and tracking systems
• Use data to identify trends, growth levers, and platform opportunities to increase efficiency and margin
• Act as the final decision maker on all Operations matters, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Collaborate with Product, Project Management, Sales, CX, Finance, and Marketing to ensure operational alignment with company goals

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within eCommerce, DTC, or consumer goods
• Proven experience with purchase order management, 3PL oversight, and inventory control
• Strong analytical skills and reporting ability through data visualization tools
• Working knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, 3PL platforms, and eCommerce platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Operates with balance and intention, bringing calm clarity and focus to dynamic situations
• Solid financial and analytical acumen—comfortable interpreting P&Ls
• The expected salary range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience
