Senior Director of Warehouse Operations

A Senior US Warehouse Director leads, strategizes, and executes end-to-end distribution operations, including inventory, logistics, and staff management to drive efficiency and safety. Key responsibilities include optimizing warehouse layout, implementing WMS/ERP technology, managing budgets, and ensuring OSHA compliance. The role demands over 10 years of experience, a strategic mindset to reduce costs, and leadership of large, cross‑functional teams.

• Operational Leadership:
  Oversee warehousing and distribution operations to meet productivity, accuracy, and budget targets.
• Control and arrange personnel, as well as daily operations and shipment management, for each warehouse location distributed throughout the United States.
• Manage and be responsible for the budget and expenses of each warehouse.
• Manage inventory and conduct inventory checks of each warehouse during each time period; simultaneously controlling transportation efficiency and costs throughout the United States.
• Strategic Planning:
  Develop long-term strategies for space utilization, inventory accuracy, and supply chain improvements.
• Technology & Automation:
  Implement automation strategies, such as automated forklifts, and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Team Management:
  Recruit, mentor, and lead warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
• Compliance & Safety:
  Enforce OSHA standards, ISO requirements, and security procedures.
• Language:
  Must be bilingual about Chinese.
• Experience:
  
  10+ years in warehousing/supply chain management, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Systems:
  Proficiency in ERP systems, WMS.
• Skills:
  
  Strong analytical, leadership, and process improvement skills (Lean/Six Sigma).
