Job Title:Infrastructure Project Manager Compensation:
Pay Rates: W2 $ 75/hour Qualifications
- Resource must have at least five (5) years of experience in providing services as listed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Manage the installation, construction and upgrade of low‑voltage IT systems including but not limited to local area networks, wireless networks, VoIP systems, IP Public Address/Intercom and IP Video Camera systems in large campus/school/university or government environments.
- Create, review and monitor project schedules.
- Review and approve statements of work (SOW), project designs and Bills of Material (BOM).
- Manage and coordinate project resources.
- Gather and analyze data to assist in the creation of project budgets.
- Prepare and review time management plans and schedules and prepare recovery schedules to meet contract requirements.
- Prepare project plans and reports regarding progress, issues and resolutions.
- Prepares clear and concise reports.
- Formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in writing and orally.
- Set priorities and successfully complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with customers and stakeholders
- Read and interpret design documentation, plans and specifications.
- Collect, analyze and interpret statistical and budgetary information.
- Track and maintain project expenditures and job tickets.
- Prepare critical path schedules.
- Generate e‑mails of status completions
- Maintain effective relationships with Team and other organizations.
- California Driver’s license and use of a car.
- Candidate must reside within approximately 30 miles of Los Angeles at the time of application.
