Infrastructure Project Manager

• Resource must have at least five (5) years of experience in providing services as listed in the Statement of Work (SOW).

• Manage the installation, construction and upgrade of low‑voltage IT systems including but not limited to local area networks, wireless networks, VoIP systems, IP Public Address/Intercom and IP Video Camera systems in large campus/school/university or government environments.
• Create, review and monitor project schedules.
• Review and approve statements of work (SOW), project designs and Bills of Material (BOM).
• Manage and coordinate project resources.
• Gather and analyze data to assist in the creation of project budgets.
• Prepare and review time management plans and schedules and prepare recovery schedules to meet contract requirements.
• Prepare project plans and reports regarding progress, issues and resolutions.
• Prepares clear and concise reports.
• Formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in writing and orally.
• Set priorities and successfully complete tasks in a timely manner.

• Conduct site visits and meetings with customers and stakeholders
• Read and interpret design documentation, plans and specifications.
• Collect, analyze and interpret statistical and budgetary information.
• Track and maintain project expenditures and job tickets.
• Prepare critical path schedules.
• Generate e‑mails of status completions

• Maintain effective relationships with Team and other organizations.
• California Driver’s license and use of a car.
• Candidate must reside within approximately 30 miles of Los Angeles at the time of application.
