Happy Ice is building something special.

What started as a single water ice concept in Los Angeles has grown into a brand featured by Forbes and Fortune, ranked among the best ice cream in LA, and now expanding into new markets and major partnerships. We are entering the next phase of growth and we are strengthening our operational foundation to support it.

We are looking for a Director of Operations who is obsessed with operational excellence, leadership development, and building systems that allow great brands to scale.

This is not a role for someone who simply manages stores. This is a role for someone who builds organizations.

The person we hire will play a critical role in shaping how Happy Ice operates as we scale into multiple locations, strengthen our leadership teams, and build the systems that support long term growth.

You are extremely organized and detail oriented

You bring clarity to complexity. You understand that operational excellence is built through attention to detail and disciplined follow through.
