The Opportunity:
  • Scaling and optimizing a sales floor for aggressive revenue growth
  • Recruiting and developing top sales talent to maintain elite performance

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and drive the inside sales team (10-15 reps) to consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales talent to ensure peak performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to scale revenue from $7.5M to $15M in two years
  • Set aggressive but achievable KPIs and continuously optimize processes
  • Create a culture of excellence, accountability, and high-energy performance
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competition, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales objectives with company goals
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, resolution, and customer care
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in leading, scaling, and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong recruitment, coaching, and leadership skills—you know how to build an all-star team
  • Track record of driving $10M+ in annual revenue (preferably in financial services, tax resolution, or a high-ticket B2C industry)
  • Master of sales strategy, execution, and performance management
  • Data-driven decision-maker who leverages metrics to drive success
  • Energetic, driven, and highly persuasive—a natural motivator
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s preferred
