Pay rate: $22,05/hour + shift differential
Workplace: Onsite in the Los Angeles, CA area
Schedule:
- Week 1:
Monday-Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm - Week 2-8:
Monday to Thursday, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. - Subsequent weeks: 12-hour shifts:
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, from 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM.

What You’ll Do- As an Immunotherapy Manufacturing Associate, you will play a critical role in manufacturing and assembling advanced biologics in a highly controlled cleanroom environment (Class 10,000/ISO7 and Class 100,000/ISO8). This is an impactful, hands-on opportunity to support life-changing therapies for patients with cancer.
- Accurately weigh, measure, and verify raw materials to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Maintain meticulous records, supporting regulatory standards and driving continuous improvements to manufacturing documentation.
- Execute aseptic processing of cellular therapies using Standard Operating Procedures and strict GMP guidelines.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on projects and GxP-compliance initiatives.
- Manage shipping logistics—preparing and documenting outbound and inbound materials.
- Examine and stock both GMP and non-GMP materials, ensuring operational excellence.
- Flexibly support all operational functions and respond to shifting priorities as business needs evolve.
- Contribute to process improvement and cross-functional team projects.
- High school diploma with 3–5 years of consistent work experience OR an Associate’s/Technical degree.
- Recent graduates with a BA/BS in Science are encouraged to apply; prior industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience in biotech, pharma, or medical device manufacturing preferred.
- Strong proficiency with quality and compliance documentation.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
