THE ROLEWe’re on the lookout for someone extraordinary to come and join our team. As the Technical & Quality Manager – U.S., you will be the key leader for ensuring that our beverage and supplements portfolio meets the highest standards of technical performance, food safety, quality, and compliance in the U.S. market. You will support manufacturing/co‑packing, packaging innovation, supplier quality assurance, new product launches and continuity improvement, aligning with our brand’s premium positioning.
Keyresponsibilities
Lead technical projects (NPD, EPD, packaging changes, co‑packer transitions) from planning to delivery.
Build project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and status updates.
Act as technical liaison across internal teams and external partners.
Ensure deliverables meet technical, quality, regulatory and brand standards.
Manage supplier quality: qualification, audits, KPIs and corrective actions.
Support NPD and packaging innovation through trials, scale‑up and readiness.
Oversee product/pack specs, labeling and U.S. regulatory compliance.
Monitor quality/food‑safety metrics and RCA/CAPA.
Deliver continuous improvement in waste, yield, cost and packaging sustainability.
Bachelor’s degree (Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Packaging Science, Engineering or related discipline).
Minimum ~5 years’ experience in a quality/technical role within the beverage sector.
Strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, GMPs), QMS, supplier quality assurance, audits, packaging and ingredient risk assessment.
Understanding of U.S. regulatory requirements (FDA, label regulations, allergens, import/export if applicable).
Experience of packaging and ingredient technical challenges: format changes, stability/shelf‑life, packaging interactions (CO₂, light, barrier requirements), sustainability initiatives.
This position is open to US citizens, US permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
THE PACKAGEThe base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000+ cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
