Manufacturing Technician - Cell Therapy

Lookin for a Manufacturing Technician - Cell Therapy to support clinical manufacturing of TCR-T, CAR-T, and allogeneic cell therapy products in a cGMP-regulated environment. Ensure manufacturing readiness, technology transfer, and compliant production operations within cleanroom facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support GMP readiness, equipment qualification, and technology transfer activities.
• Perform aseptic manufacturing operations in ISO-classified clean rooms.
• Set up and operate automated cell therapy processing equipment.
• Develop and follow SOPs, cleaning, and gowning procedures.
• Manage materials, inventory, and production scheduling.
• Support PD and MSAT teams to align manufacturing with development plans.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Provide operational updates and support deviation investigations.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years manufacturing experience (cell therapy or biologics preferred).
• Degree in science/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, CMC, and aseptic cell culture.
• Experience with cell therapy equipment (e.g., Nucleocounter, Sepax, Sefia, Finia, Dynasellect, welders, sealers).
• Ability to work independently and solve complex operational challenges.
