Apparel Production Coordinator

Global womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is in search of an experienced Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. We are looking for a motivated candidate who is adaptable, flexible, and a true self-starter.

• Understand the product creation process from development hand-off to production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Design, Tech Design, Development, and Receiving to ensure on-time delivery
• Partner with Product Development and Design teams to troubleshoot and resolve any setbacks that could arise during production pipeline
• Follow up with vendors on samples to ensure timely arrival for fittings and key seasonal meetings
• Update WIP and T&A based on production schedule
• Daily communication with factories
• Follow up with vendors throughout the production pipeline to ensure deadlines are being met
• Coordinate shipping timelines and work alongside the shipping team to ensure all products arrive in a timely manner
• Monitor the production pipeline from the first sample to final delivery
• Other duties as assigned

• 5 years of production experience in the apparel industry
• Proven experience with apparel/ garment costing and vendor negotiation.
• Proven experience with sourcing, logistics and production terminology.
