This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Supervisor based in the Westwood Area of Los Angeles, CA. The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee daily sterile manufacturing operations, manage production schedules, and ensure adherence to quality regulations and cGMP guidelines. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, monitoring workflow, coordinating with cross-functional departments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment and processes meet safety and compliance standards.

Proven experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is required.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a production team
• Sterile Pharmaceutical Fill and Finish Manufacturing experience is required.
• Experience with Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
• Knowledge and application of Quality and cGMP regulations
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interpersonal and reporting interactions
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Science, or Business is highly desirable

Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
