Job Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing aerospace and defense manufacturer in Sylmar, CA. This role is ideal for a dependable production professional who enjoys hands-on work, following detailed instructions, and contributing to high-quality manufacturing results. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will support daily production by operating equipment, preparing materials, assembling components, and completing required production documentation.

• Operate production equipment and support manufacturing processes according to established procedures.
• Prepare materials, tools, and work areas for production activities.
• Assemble components accurately while following work instructions and quality standards.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Inspect work for quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
• Work closely with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet production goals.

• Pay range: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour.
