Seafood Production Associate – Day Shift Join Our Team

Santa Monica Seafood is one of the nation's leading seafood processors and distributors, proudly serving customers for over 80 years. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Day Production team. As a Seafood Production Associate, you will be cross-trained to perform a variety of production and warehouse duties in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.

• Process, trim, cut, and package fresh seafood products
• Pack, label, sort, and palletize customer orders
• Load products onto processing equipment and conveyors
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and moving inventory
• Perform quality checks and maintain a clean work area
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Support different production areas based on business needs

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience preferred
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (35°–40°F)
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Full-Time | Day Shift 9:00am - 5:30pm (Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week)
Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
