We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team at Van Nuys, CA bakery. As a
Production Manager
, you will be accountable for leading bakery production operations, driving operational excellence, and ensuring production goals, food safety standards, and quality expectations are consistently achieved. This role plays a critical part in optimizing manufacturing performance, developing production leadership teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000

• Lead bakery production operations to achieve daily production, quality, and food safety objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Manage inventory control processes and optimize raw material utilization.
• Oversee production planning and execution to support operational and business goals.
• Ensure compliance with GFSI, BRC, SQF, and customer quality requirements.
• Develop, coach, and mentor production supervisors to build a high-performing team.
• Analyze operational performance and provide recommendations that support business growth and operational excellence.

• 10+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
