Production Bonus: 0-65% potential; $34.21 - $35.06 per hour (potential range with bonus)

Job Functions:
- Operate and monitor tube laser cutting equipment under supervision
- Read basic blueprints and work orders
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
- Load and unload metal tubing and raw materials safely
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies - Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be able to work any shift as required, overtime, holidays and weekends; must be able to work rotational shifts as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Experience operating CNC tube laser machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Experience in the steel industry, preferred.
- D365 experience preferred.
