This position is based in Beverly Hills, CA, and requires the successful candidate to be in the office 4 days a week and 1 day off-site.

• Proven experience in apparel production, ideally with big box or Club retailers
• Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
• Passionate about process optimization and delivering top-quality products on time

• Oversee and manage seasonal production calendars to ensure on-time execution
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, tech, and sales teams to align on product strategies
• Liaise with vendors to plan capacity, negotiate costs, and maintain quality and delivery standards
• Monitor compliance and testing requirements for Club retailers
• Approve key production elements including lab dips, strike-offs, and TOP samples
• Mentor and guide junior production team members
