As an Events Manager, you’ll own the planning and execution of Pocket FM’s events from start to finish, spanning social gatherings, creator and community events, and large-scale brand, partnership, and marketing activations.
This role is highly hands‑on and execution‑driven, ideal for someone who thrives in logistics, cross‑functional collaboration, and live‑event problem solving. You’ll partner closely with Brand, PR, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to translate business and creative goals into memorable, on‑brand experiences that drive awareness, relationships, and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute events end-to‑end, from concept and budgeting through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.
- Own a portfolio of events across formats, including social events, brand activations, partnership events, launches, and experiential marketing moments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, venues, and external partners.
- Translate marketing, brand, and partnership objectives into detailed event plans, timelines, and run‑of‑show documents.
- Manage event logistics including venues, production, catering, staffing, travel, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee event budgets, contracts, and timelines, ensuring events are delivered on time and on budget.
- Partner closely with Brand, PR, Partnerships, and Creative teams to ensure events align with Pocket FM’s brand, voice, and goals.
- Anticipate risks and proactively solve problems in fast‑paced, live environments.
- Track event performance and success metrics (attendance, engagement, partner value, brand impact).
- Deliver clear post-event recaps and insights to inform future planning and iteration.
- Balance multiple events and deadlines while maintaining a high bar for quality and execution.
- 5–8+ years of experience planning and executing events end‑to‑end, ideally across brand, marketing, or partnership‑focused programs.
- Proven experience managing high‑touch, high‑visibility events in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, creative, PR, and partnerships teams.
- Comfortable managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and timelines independently.
- Calm, adaptable, and solution‑oriented under pressure, especially during live events.
- Clear communicator who can manage stakeholders and vendors with confidence.

Experience in entertainment, media, tech, or creator‑driven platforms. - Bonus:
