We're looking for a strategic, AI‑literate, customer‑first Copywriter who writes with purpose and brings clarity to every brand touchpoint. You'll work directly with the Head of Creative and Brand leads to concept and execute full‑funnel campaigns that drive both brand love and business results across our wellness, performance and beauty categories. We need someone who can translate complex product benefits into emotionally resonant stories, navigate the nuances between FDA‑cleared medical claims and aspirational wellness messaging and maintain our expert‑yet‑approachable brand voice across 20+ global markets.
WhatYou’ll Do Concepting & Execution
- Write across 360‑degree campaigns and promotional moments, spanning paid media, social, email, SMS, retail, web, packaging and beyond
- Lead creative copy from brief to final asset, ensuring messaging ladders up strategically across every funnel stage
- Partner closely with designers and videographers on the creative team to concept integrated work where copy and visuals work together
- Leverage AI‑powered tools (e.g., for ideation, drafting, optimization, or translation) to enhance creative efficiency and scale content while maintaining brand voice and originality
- Work closely with Product, Education, Legal, Science and Growth teams to translate product innovation into compelling consumer stories and messaging documents
- Navigate regulatory review for medical‑grade products while maintaining brand voice and creative integrity
- Present work confidently and defend strategic choices with clarity
- Own Therabody’s brand voice as the subject matter expert, speaking up in meetings to ensure all creative work honors our guidelines
- Evangelize voice and tone principles across the organization, educating cross‑functional partners on how we sound and why it matters
- Craft messaging that differentiates Therabody in an increasingly crowded wellness space
- Balance sales‑driving urgency with the long‑term brand building that sets us apart
- Act as the final gut check before work goes out the door, protecting brand integrity at every touchpoint
- Bring a strategic POV to creative briefs, offering solutions beyond what’s asked
- Stay ahead of wellness trends, consumer behavior shifts and cultural moments that create opportunities
- Use performance data to inform creative decisions and optimize messaging
- Identify and experiment with emerging AI and automation tools that can support creative development, personalization, and testing
- 3+ years copywriting experience at an agency or in‑house creative team, with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual range and executional excellence
- Proven ability to concept and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience writing for e‑commerce, performance marketing and brand‑building simultaneously
- Deep understanding of full‑funnel messaging strategy
- Demonstrated experience using AI‑assisted writing or creative tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, Midjourney, etc.) to improve workflow, ideation, or content performance
- Exceptional attention to detail with obsessive quality standards
- Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and fast‑paced environments
- Strategic thinker who asks “why” before writing “what”
- Collaborative spirit with the confidence to challenge and be challenged
Genuine passion for wellness, health and helping people feel their best
- Experience in wellness, health, beauty or CPG categories
- Understanding of medical device regulations and HSA/FSA eligibility
- Familiarity with performance marketing and conversion optimization
- Interest in AI‑driven personalization and content analytics
