Overview

About this Position:

We're passionate about helping develop emerging talent in the advertising industry. Our internship program will immerse you in our creative, collaborative company culture and give you a hands-on introduction to working at an advertising agency. You'll be a valued team member and work on meaningful projects while getting great mentorship and training throughout the summer. Take it from one of our former interns who said - "10/10 experience.

* Dates:
June 16 - August 14, 2026

* 4 day work week (32 hours) Monday - Thursday (off on Fridays!)

* Hybrid program - 3 days a week in office so you'll need to be located in the city of your internship for the summer

* Open to college juniors, seniors (graduating in 2026 and 2027), and recent grads

What You'll Do:

* Support strategic analytics initiatives by assisting with research, data gathering, and analysis for client projects

* Contribute to client brand and model strategy work through insights drawn from data, research, and performance measurement

* Assist with experiential measurement efforts, helping evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and activations

* Conduct primary and secondary research to uncover insights that support strategic recommendations

* Work closely with Strategy, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to gain exposure to how data informs creative and business decisions

* Gain exposure to numerous departments at Team One - learn each department's roles and responsibilities

* Help organize findings and contribute to presentations, decks, and internal documentation

What You Bring:

* Passion for the marketing / advertising industry

* Enthusiasm and a thirst for knowledge

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and be proactive

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Ability to collaborate well with others

* Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
