Fleet is a rapidly growing LA-based technology and logistics startup building the operational infrastructure for both autonomous and non-autonomous rideshare fleets. We are expanding quickly, and we need a Growth Marketing Manager to help grow our driver population as we scale.

Role Overview

We are looking for a world-class Growth Marketer who is hungry to help scale 8

Fleet to the next phase of our journey. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for the ecosystem, with a focus on top-of-funnel acquisition and conversion. You will need strong growth marketing foundations, an aptitude for building AI-enabled tech stacks, and the agility to plan and execute high-priority projects with relentless drive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy encompassing paid acquisition, SEO, and lifecycle marketing to drive measurable growth of our driver base.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets, tools, and resources to continuously improve marketing ROI.
  • Identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across various channels and segments to drive quality inbound lead flow.
  • Build automation using next-gen tools to build, enrich, and score a pipeline of our target ICPs.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving and data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience, including work in marketing at a high-growth startup.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid acquisition (Indeed, Linked In, Meta, Google Ads), SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing and CRM platforms such as Hub Spot and Salesforce to optimize acquisition and engagement strategies.
  • Ownership of reporting and insights across GTM performance, attribution, and ROI of campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with an out-of-the-box approach to idea generation and execution.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Not afraid to work hard, work smart, and lead the growth of this rocketship.
Compensation
  • Base Salary Range: $110k–$130k per year.
  • Additional annual bonus and strong stock option award.
Base Pay Range

$110,000–$130,000 per year
